Admission Informations

  • Admission forms will be issued from the month of September every year.
  • This should be duly filled and submitted at the principal’s office before the admission tests commence.
  • Admission tests are held twice, in the months of December and February.
  • The authorities reserve the right to admit or refuse admission.
  • Transfer certificate, character certificate and report from the last school are required.
  • Birth certificate is a must.
  • Admission tests are held in English and Mathematics.
  • Admission of the candidate is confirmed only after the payments of admission fee.
  • Candidate failing in the admission test will not be admitted in the applied class but can be considered for a lower class.

Withdrawl

  • Any student wishing to leave the school will be issued Transfer Certificate after deduction of 50% from their security deposit.
  • No transfer certificate will be issued until all school dues are paid.

Regulations for Payments

  • Admission fee to be paid at the times of admission.
  • Annual charges and security deposi
    • ts to be paid within the 15th of March.
  • Tuition fees cover twelve calendar months. Tuition fee for the month of January to March to be paid by the 15th of March.
  • A late fees of Rs 50/- will be charged for fees paid after the 15th of the month for which they are due.
  • Payment of fee with late fee of Rs 50/- is allowed only till the end of the month for which they are due.
  • Fee books once issued can be replaced again only on payment of Rs 50/-
  • The school reserves the right to increase fees at any time, even during the scholastic year, if any increment is deemed necessary.

Examinations & Promotions

  • Apart from regular class tests there will be unit tests. The marks of which will be added to the marks of terminal examinations.
  • Throughout the academic year there will be three terminal examinations.
  • Promotion is granted on the basis of whole year’s performance of the students, which include assignments, weekly tests, terminal examinations and attendance.
  • The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion is final.
  • Awards and Scholarship are given on the basis of merit.

Uniforms & Books

  • Uniform, text books and exercise books will be supplied by the school.
  • At least 50% of total cost must be paid in advance.
  • Measurements for dresses will be taken in school on the prescribed dates.
  • Measurement will also be accepted by posts for students residing at distant regions.
